Rappi: consumer tech startup looking to be the "everything store".

Hey Pynksters, I don’t know if you’ve ever heard about Rappi.

The company offers a marketplace that connects users that want to purchase prepared foods, drinks, clothes, or any other goods that can be bought with independent contractors who can fulfill those needs.
It’s kind of a Deliveroo but for all types of goods.

It is already pretty huge in some of the big cities of Latin America and is currently expanding, definitely worth taking a look.

This looks like an especially good idea during the pandemic. Hopefully they can keep up with deliveries. That seems to be the biggest problem here in the US, not enough delivery vehicles/people. Thanks for sharing @mosigman

Kind of a “decentralised” Amazon?

Kind of. Although I must say it does not have such a wide offer of products as Amazon.

Amazon didn’t have the scope of offerings in the beginning as they do now either.
